LV2 Equity Partners Invests in Auto-Lab
2012 Marks Year of Expansive Growth for Michigan-based Company

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (Jan. 11, 2012) – Auto-Lab Franchise Management Corporation (ALFMC) and LV2 Equity Partners are pleased to announce a partnership in the formation of a new entity -- Auto-Lab, LLC.

Auto-Lab, LLC was formed to purchase the assets of the predecessor company; Auto-Lab Franchise Management Corporation. Auto-Lab LLC is co-owned by LV2 Equity Partners and Auto-Lab Franchise Management Corporation.

LV2 Equity Partners is a Michigan-based private equity firm focused on investing in and growing small businesses throughout the Midwest. Rochester Hills, Mich. (August 23, 2011) - Auto-Lab Franchise Management Corporation, d/b/a Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Centers, is proud to announce the opening of a new store located at 1100 Rochester Rd. South in Rochester Hills Michigan inside a Kmart store. The store opened Aug. 18, 2011 and is the first franchise owned and operated by Trident Automotive LLC, a joint business venture between Frank Brandenberg and Michael Schena.

The new Auto-Lab Complete Care Centers location is a 6-bay operation with state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment from Snap-On, as well as employing ASE certified technicians. “The addition of Auto-Lab of Rochester Hills is crucial to the growth of Auto-Lab in the Michigan market. Auto-Lab of Rochester Hills will continue to offer the same level of commitment to customer service that Auto-Lab is known for, including 780 square feet of write-up and a dynamic waiting area located within the Kmart store. What makes this operation so unique is that customers have the convenience of shopping in Kmart while having their vehicle serviced. The location has convenient business hours being open six days a week and all parts and labor come complete with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty.

Avon, IN (July 7, 2011) - Auto-Lab Franchise Management Corporation, DBA Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Centers, is proud to announce the opening of a new store located at 10750 US Highway 36 in Avon, IN. The opening is scheduled for July 5, 2011 and is the second store location in Indiana.

The new Auto-Lab Complete Care Centers location is a 5-bay operation with focus on complete car care; including diagnostics, brakes, suspension, fluid services, tires and much more.

Canton, Mich. (June 19, 2011) - The folks at Auto-lab of Canton South, an auto repair shop on Michigan Ave., want to make a difference in its community during trying economic times in Southeastern Michigan.

To do so, Auto-lab began Monday accepting nominations for a family who needs, but may not be able to afford, a safe, reliable vehicle.

People who know someone they feel deserves the opportunity to buy a 1999 GMC Jimmy for $1 are asked to nominate that person. The goal of the program is to help someone who is really helping others.

It is a four wheel drive vehicle with automatic transmission, leather interior, and is fully loaded with options.
