Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Centers was founded in 1989, built on the premise that customers 
deserved superior workmanship and service. At that time there were really two types of service providers; the dealerships and the independents. We gathered the benefits from each and combined them into a new philosophy that we called Auto-Lab. Auto-Lab is a full-service operation capable to performing complete bumper-to-bumper service, with the exception of bodywork and paint.
The Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Centers corporate office is located in Plymouth, Michigan. We currently operate 34 locations in 10 states and are on-track to break the 50-store mark by the end of 2008. We are a franchise company that utilizes the Master Franchise concept. Each territory across the country will have a Master Franchisor (can be thought of as a regional developer) to recruit, support and develop their territories. This ensures there is always local support for franchisees and customers. We believe that this gives Auto-Lab the edge over our competitors, and offers the best possible service and support for our customers; both internal and external.
Because all of our locations are franchises, the owners of each Auto-Lab facility are integral members of the communities in which they live. The owners of the Auto-Lab near you may be your friends and neighbors; they are genuinely interested in maintaining and improving their community.

With each service or repair, we will provide you with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty that can be used at any Auto-Lab location nationwide. At Auto-Lab, we’re providing you with more than just automotive services, we’re giving you piece of mind.
Auto-Lab locations also offer complimentary shuttle service, pick-up and drop-off service. If you vehicle is undergoing extended repairs, we have strategic partnerships will local car rental companies to help with rental cars. Our goal at Auto-Lab is to have your car ready for you in one day. We want to help you to get back on the road so you can get on with your life.
Our first step in servicing your vehicle is always to diagnose the problem, never assume. Auto-Lab has a technical advisory board made up of mutual owners and technicians who volunteer their time and experience to explore new ways to enhance, and add value to each customer's experience.
